Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
– Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
– Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within the United States.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Pop Shirt Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that shipping to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
6. Shipment Issues
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at cs@popshirtshop.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Certain items, such as custom orders and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@popshirtshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at cs@popshirtshop.com with your order number and details of the issue.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

– Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear)
– Sale items
